Booking Confirmation:
Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit payment is received.
Final Payment:
The final payment is due by the Monday of the week of the event.
Deposit Policy:
Deposits are non-refundable
Client Cancellations:
If a client cancels the booking after making the full payment, we will do our best to reschedule the event, subject to availability.
Cancellations by Us:
In the rare event that we need to cancel the booking, a full refund will be provided.
Safety and Conduct:
We reserve the right to end the booking immediately if intentional injury is caused to the mascot by a child or their parent.
